Hey guys, so having access to MLS has given me even more access to certain software programs that can help identify absentee owners (in & out of state).

If I’m going to have short term rentals for sure I don’t mind investing in that tool, but to get the software just for a peek if it would be a good fit may be an overkill.

We handle all underwriting in-house and have partnered with a new screening software that validates bank record deposits with applicant's paystubs in addition to our Transunion reporting.

Debating doing it in TurboTax or finding an accountant.I've been doing my own with tax software  for a long time. 

I am referring to the MANY procedures, processes and software programs available to us that we have to use in order to get anything done.

I have everything i need to provide it as a saas (software as a service) bp will be the first place i come to market it if i do!
