New Nevada Real Estate Agent
I’m based in Las Vegas and I recently passed the necessary tests to get my license in Nevada. I know I have to sign with a brokerage to move forward. I obviously know enough to have passed the tests but I still feel clueless and unsure of my direction.
I’d love to get in to property management eventually and plan on taking those classes soon but in the mean time I’m not sure.
Any advice on getting started... or anything at all?
