So far we've done the following: new exterior doors; new windows; new kitchen floor; new cabinets, countertop and sink; repaired rotten beam; gutted and replaced whole bathroom; replaced HVAC and added central air; drywalled over popcorn ceiling; replaced all interior doors; mulched and planted shrubbery in front yard; refinished hardwood floors; replaced exterior hose bibs; many, many layers of kilz primer. 

There is a cabinet refinishing kit at Lowes & Home Depot.

House needs the basics:-Plumbing (bath room and basement)-Flooring (carpet, hardwood needs to be refinished)-Paint -Few holes fixed in the walls-Sink and kitchen cabinets (rehabber ran out of money)-Lawn maintenance-Furnace-Hot water tank.

The tub in your pic would look beautiful with an easy DIY refinish kit, the same kit can be used on sink also.

Not really all that new; the big box stores carry this type of countertop refinish kit.

I'm also doing more normal rehab things like granite counters, refinishing the cabinets (they're solid wood and in good condition) and updating the hardware, installing floating vinyl faux wood planks, updating all light and water fixtures, replacing the appliances with black stainless steel ones (I don't like the look of regular stainless) and, of course, painting. 

So, instead of stripping the paint and refinishing them--considering it's a C+ type rental, I'm thinking I may just be better off with Ultra Allure going right over the top of the white wood floors.
