The WY LLC forms a domestic LLC in every state it has holdings and operates, this way tax filings can more cleanly and easily be completed per LLC per what state impacts there is, and the federal level is done at the WY LLC level that all items roll-up to.

There is a house near us that is a flip . . . . the inside was well done but not to the level I would have expected in terms of finishes (gaps at baseboards, vanities that are not set against the wall but rather the baseboard, no door stops which has dented walls, missing or miscolored wall plates. . . . again, the finishes).

However the floor not being level is something that you could have noticed during your walk through, or during inspection, so it's not like the seller was trying to hide it by not disclosing (unless it's obvious that they knew about it and actively covered it up, and you can prove it).
