Issue with house after purchase

I just bought a primary home. After I replaced the carpet on 2nd floor with Laminate, I see floor is not leveled. This was not in disclosures and real estate agent say she is not aware of it as well.

What are my options ?

Thanks, Gary

Thanks for the advice gentleman. Just curious do inspection company carries any liability if they were not able to uncover this defect ?

Nope and you most likely signed a disclaimer saying that they find what they find and are not liable for anything they miss or at least this was stated in the report.  These things happen and it is unfortunate however if this is all part of the risk buying a home.  I don’t even know if there is a way for anyone to know the condition of subfloor if there is carpet and there is no way I’d allow an inspector to lift it to find out if I were selling.
