Good morning everyone,I am looking for a new fridge for my resident.I don't want to spend over $1300, but I my budget is from $600-$1300 and I don't want to buy an expensive fridge too here if the residents damage the fridge it would depreciate in value.

Closing costs, repairs and vacancies all add up and if you have multiple rentals it seems when something happens in one (eg fridge goes), another thing happens in another (eg washing machine).

The same goes for LVT (I buy commercial grade which has a thicker wear layer) and I've started tiling kitchens as a tenant will scratch/tear the heck out of a LVT or linoleum floor when they move the fridge or stove (while cleaning).
