Most people think it is the RE agent that does all of this, and a good one will also help facilitate the transaction, but in CA at least, it is my experience that it is the escrow company that normally does all the heavy lifting to get the transaction through to close.

Although I am using my own funds, I want to establish relationships with Hard Money Lenders, Banks and Private Lenders to facilitate worthy deals.
