Chicago Realtor to Facilitate a Rental Agreement?

I’ll soon be listing my first property for rent and would like to use the 2023 Chicago Residential Lease Agreement for the transaction. Considering the new language requires a licensed realtor to execute the transaction, I’m reaching out to see if any locals would assist for a fee. Targeting early to mid June for the transaction. Please DM with your fee if willing to assist. Thanks in advance.

@Sabrina Patterson where is your property located? You might connect with @Mark Ainley as they do 3rd party leasing in most areas of Chicago now.
