The Lender may be ok with doing the appraisal "Subject to" installation of finished flooring, or they may want the appraisal done with a "cost to cure" adjustment, to take into account the cost to add the flooring.

I'm sure many will chime in, but typically I think the estate can assume the loan or a least the representative of the estate can communicate with the bank, make payments, cure the default etc.

Yes, I do apply late fees and, yes, I my eviction notice does include reference to paying liquidated damages to cure.

Frankly I agree that Dave Ramsey does go overboard with the "save save save and never borrow" message --- but that doesn't change the validity of his core message that financial problems are seldom caused by having a lack of income, but rather by poor spending habits that need to be cured first.

Just a warning though, the smell of KILLZ (oil) and Polyurethane are both toxic and you will wonder for the first few days if the cure is worse than the disease.have Fun!

If the payment is $2,000 a month and 12 missed months it's $24,000 plus late fees & legal fees called “arrears” You have to pay, up front, the "arrears" (reinstatement amount) plus legal fees to first get it out of foreclosure.Once the loan has been “cured”, you have to wait a month or two for the lender to send the loan back into the regular pool of loans.

It's just a matter of time of course, but when I say that I do believe we're getting close to a recession and I do agree that little has been done to really cure the economy's vulnerability outside of housing.

@Jacob LappI dont own much stock, what I do own is very risky market sectors related to technology and health, anything with potwntially huge returns due to finding new cures etc and pay regular dividends.
