Hello everyone, i am looking for some advise on a deal i am currently working on.

the original borrower has passed away, and the Son is now selling the property as it has already been through the probate process. To sons surprise his father was behind on payments and now going through pre-foreclosure.

is it possible to take over the existing financing with the father being deceased?

Good chcsnce in this instance bank will call the loan even if it is reinstated and you transfer the deed as it’s clearly on their radar
