Given most BRRRR properties contemplated in these forums involve properties with similar pricing attributes, why aren’t more investors taking advantage of the 75% LTV component of construction to permanent loans if Lenders are offering it?

Its generally OK - but it is a weird grey area with DSCR Loans with a lot of lenders - a lot don't have new builds contemplated in the guidelines (i.e. with regards to seasoning, etc.) so it can be vague/unclear.

I'd been contemplating getting out but it's been fun growing the business so I'd like to continue growing it.
