I'm mostly interested in short sales and wholesaling, but I'm willing to adapt to what the market demands.

All kids are shy and cling to parents but they adapt very quickly.Anyway, my intention isn't to tell you how to raise kids - you're probably way better than me at that!

If I was still managing 60-70 properties in Wake county (we sold a lotta stuff in the last 18 months:) I'd adapt to know how to use SF to work for easy, cost effective, hands off evictions.

All the usual criteria (flexible, adaptive, attention to detail, timely and accurate (bids and work), accountable, quality work, honest, etc).

That's my problem right now, adapting to the changing bank rules.

Do you work with the 70% rule or have you adapted to a more beneficial approach?

That's a shame but I'll overcome and adapt!

We all just have to try every thing to adapt with current needs and challenges.
