Do you know how many times it's been like pulling teeth to get a listing agent to show us the property?

I cut my teeth selling large ranch and ag lands in the West.. 1k to 50k acre ranchs.. 

When we did tour properties, he had no insights on them whatsoever.

There is no mortgage car payment or any debt payments whatsoever. 

It either seemed that the strategy would work great or it would barely save you any money whatsoever.

However, I was shocked to see several dozen people sign up that had no experience whatsoever in real estate.  

This bill has no teeth....so many counters to this bill exist that its not worth talking about.
