Anna, one area hinted at above is to look at your turnarounds some more...that is, what are you doing in terms of maintence, repair and replacement at the turn arounds when a tenant moves out and before you re-rent it?..

I realize that I can just go down to the courthouse myself and ask around, but I'm really trying to be intentional and efficient with my time, so I would be very grateful if someone could save me a lot of running around with a few helpful hints.
