How to pull probate leads in North Carolina

Looking for a little help here....I'm looking to include probates in my lead funnel, but I'm unsure exactly how to go about getting that information.  Can anyone in North Carolina, preferably in the Charlotte-metro area, drop a few gold nuggets on me?  I realize that I can just go down to the courthouse myself and ask around, but I'm really trying to be intentional and efficient with my time, so I would be very grateful if someone could save me a lot of running around with a few helpful hints.  Thanks in advance!
