Many of the log cabins come pre-fitted with electric/gas heating and modern fittings to retain heat.The reason I want to invest in log cabins is because they are cheaper than single/multi-family houses, and there are many log cabins situated within 5 Star resorts for as little as £50,000 ($70908.50).I am also a first time investor and it will take a few month before I feel confident enough to invest.Do you think that investing in log cabins would be a bad investment?

My father is a licensed contractor of 30 years, my step mother/grandparents own their own title company and my father in law is a realtor (still unsure about that last connection) so the stars seem to be aligned for my investment plans.My main question for everyone is if anyone else here has taken advantage of the VA loan for their investment property?

depending on what you want to do these seems to be good valuesNote source conference in vegastrowbridge is doing a crowdfunding jobs act presentation for 1k or so thats probably worth it.spend 300 or 400 bucks on a pre real estate licensing course in your state learn the laws instead of listening to online opinions.. thats a good bang for your buckThe other folks that I have done business with and funded multiple deals have gone to Lindahl  lots of positive from themVertucci  just closed one last week for one of his students and its a big one probably 50k each we will make on that one deal.Rich dad so so Armando  so so  ( although have done a lot of deals with his students over the yearsother TV flip stars  I have really never seen their students come through in any appreciable way.Probably the most successful are those that pay top dollar for trainers for one year.. these are real deal training IE lots of face time with the man...

Rates in the 3's for 30 year fixed with 640 or higher credit.For HM, there are a few I work with that advertise that if the stars perfectly align and you have a high credit score and lots of experience.
