I remember as a kid Joshua Moore and my brother Jason Schwab got a couple hundred dollar tickets each for picking flowers in Bull Valley (just to give you some context).

The other growth areas, like potentially the large amount of warehouse distribution centers that have opened up, Amazon, the casino, outlets, and potential housing in Tejon, etc, will all drive the demand for affordable options.

The smoke detectors in the house are battery only detectors(no 120 volt outlet) and Oregon law requires battery only detectors to have a 10 year rated battery.

Each year my wife and I give our tenants target gift cards and flowers.

Ideally, the PM can live on site for free and has light maintenance skills to unclog toilet and pipes or change an outlet or light fixture.
