Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Somerville.

Purchase price: $153,000
Cash invested: $400,000

Traditional working class mult family carry original charm in the thriving city of Somerville. Updated kitchens baths, floors ,paint and new porches with added 3rd bedroom on second floor.

The city and, as usual you make your profit with the deal

Reasonable upgrades without down to stud renovations

Excellent
