Obviously when markets have begun there fall flipping is a very bad idea.

I still got an inspection done though, just to know what problems I had to formally address - can't let the sell fall through at the flip.I don't think that I'd remove it for most deals though, so my example is the exception to the rule. 

The Fed could raise rates, and mortgage rates could just as easily fall.

I was alerted last night & got in touch with the HOA, who confirmed that the leak, regardless of where it originates, falls under my responsibility as homeowner.I’m out of state and severely disabled so I can’t check out the damage or repairs in person.
