@Cory Graham I ended up buying 2 months ago - what was 150 is now 190 and what was 230 is now 270. being Dt abby and mcallum areas - If you can find anything on Willow Lane, that's a diamond in the rough as well as the Glenkirk Crt building in Mission, renter/dog friendly.

if its not leasehold you found a diamond in the rough. its almost impossible to find something like this on oahu. nothing cashflows off the bat unless you put a large down.
