It doesn't take a genius to see that Hedge Fund managers like Mario Gabelli, Seth Klarman, or Bill Ackman aren't running investing clinics on the weekends at the Radisson by the airport and ask yourself 'why am I here listening to {Insert latest Guru}.

If it turns out to be worth I'm also curious if it would be better to focus smaller AirBnbs appealing more to business / young travelers near the downtown areas or airports, or go for something more appealing for vacation renters near the beaches.

They bought south of Dallas, Central Austin, Kyle, Houston near Bush airport, San Antonio near the hospital area.  

I think North Charleston by the airport would be a great place to build new construction 100 plus unit .. get it up and running sell to investment grade operator.
