I have 2 faithful tenants in it and Arkansas is not really any action there to use for travel professionals.

did some comparison for rent estimations in the area and I feel confident that the property can rent for somewhere around 850 to 950.

We only have 1 rental there and he does travel to help us with our out of area rentals too.

Glad its not just me though, I’ve learned over my professional life that knowing your value and being confident in that is both a value and a skill. 

I have been approached by a company that focuses on business travelers for longer stays that would like to rent and furnish my place and then they would be renting it out on weekly/monthly basis.
