I was at the meeting tonight... our guest speaker cancelled at the last minute but we were all invited to sit in on a John Burley presentation, so it worked out.  

They all have a similar structure with networking before and after with a speaker on different topics for each meeting.

We try to get a guest speaker every now and then, but the last two meetings, we've just been analyzing properties together - all BRRR's.
