The draw back to these loans is that they are more paperwork heavy than the other "portfolio" types of loans (more on those in a second)....but if you have ever received a loan on your primary home, it's likely that you will go through the same type of paperwork here with conventional lending.

There are always cycles in real estate, but because of the size of the housing shortage, lack of new builds, and the largest economy in the country, it's hard to envision where we won't continue to see price and rent appreciation.

You will have essentially ruined their lives and prevented them from ever doing this again to another innocent Landlord.

We haven't ever had to cancel the booking, but this is still crazy. 

With the cost of homes in SD, I don’t think we’ll ever have remaining entitlement.
