We move/ consolidate fixed amounts automatically through our banks/ CUs directly with electronic billpay or pay a person.They are limited to $1800 per transaction though. 

Do they have a way for tenants to pay electronically?

Send me a copy or the lease before signing to review - when you send me the lease, let me know if you want me to get the client to sign it for you electronically or if you’d prefer to have them sign in person.After I get all the landlord paperwork back (W9, Landlord contact, optional ACH) I’ll be able to process the payment and get that sent out quickly!

Most courts are accepting electronic transmissions, but I would caution on security deposits. 

(I know it's possible in some states, not sure if it's the same in NYC)  As was stated by another member above, yes, always, but the question is how much will doing this cost you by not using a seasoned agent who really understands the process - start to finish - how to deal with buyer's agents, uses a showing service and an electronic contracts system, never-mind the issues you create for yourself by not listing the property as vacant and staged properly.2) Can I do so while residing and working in a different country?
