Cat pee embedded in weird locations "because they're sooo cute and I'm not fixing him", Ever had that time where you fixed something big like a clogged mainline, toilet completely unhinged, etc. and it breaks again because the folks keep doing stupid stuff.

I think a responsible pet owner will have thought this through and have a rational reason on why they are choosing the breed that they did, not just because it's "cute".

Except you could probably sell that cute little thing for 250k in Denver right now, right?

They can be really cute.  

I definitely wouldn't write off the area, it's a close in location with some cute homes.
