Profits are definitely more slim.

Was really hoping NY would end the eviction moratorium, but they just extended to end of August and I really have no hope of them getting out any time soon.I’m struggling with what to do, on one hand I can aggressively offer them money to leave (which is very difficult for me), on the other they owe me over 30k now and growing and I’m not ready to do work anyhow, so is it worth getting them out now when house will just sit vacant on slim chance that I can get some money from them one day?

I’ve seen houses go into foreclosure because a realtor was involved and refused to take stage left unless they could be paid on a deal to slim for a commission

The flurry of new laws that keep coming out under the guise of "helping" tenants ends up having the opposite effect and eating into the slim profits of landlords.

So, I see a very slim chance of getting my money back. 

I will opine that if a seller is so hung up on how you got their number the chance of doing anything with that lead is slim to none.. so again I would if asked1. ask them is that important to you ??

The odds of qualifying with 1 rental property seem veryyyyyyyyyy slim.
