    Seattle is not the friendliest city for landlords. The flurry of new laws that keep coming out under the guise of "helping" tenants ends up having the opposite effect and eating into the slim profits of landlords. A lot of smaller landlord cannot keep pace with the administrative burden and increased risks created by the new laws.
