This has been the most successful model I have seen in real estate.This goes 100% against every guru and investor the past 5 years of get rich quick of buy, rehab, rent and refinance with little money - that video game is out of order so the gurus need to reinvest themselves and they are trying with seller financing and zero down.

Many are run by fake gurus who are just repackaging stuff they found on BP and repackaged as a get rich scheme that they sell by showing pictures/videos of people partying on a beach and things like that. 

So I started creating an on boarding system where I have recorded videos and documents and protocol of how to run business.

I keep seeing videos of people starting fires.

Don't be swayed by the YouTube gurus claiming everyone can buy 27 properties in six months with no money down.
