For the process, it depends on how your State is handling it since it’s going through their unemployment system which was never designed to handle people were are not in the system, eg 1099 and gig workers.In terms of a “screw up,” this is unprecedented so there is no way to tell.

Totally off subject:I think an underlying reason why MF has such low CAP rates compared to SF is because of the unprecedented inflation of the stock market and people having a ton of money to diversify their assets with.
