CARES Act unemployment for self employed

Ryan H.
Posted

I am self employed but usually work for cash but I saw that in most states you don't need to submit any proof of earnings or 1099 you can just apply and be approved.

Will they be asking for my 1099 or proof of earnings later on??

Most websites I googled says just apply even if you arent sure if you qualify for unemployment I know a buddy of mine applied and said you get approved automatically almost but what if you dont have proof of earnings will they ask you for that later on??
