$300K is a lot of credit card debt and probably didn't happen overnight (unless it is medical bills). 

Hi Kevin,Great question... finding the right property management (PM) company can make or break your investment strategy, especially in Orange County (OC), where the market is both competitive and unique.

I don't have to worry about collateral casualties from a round going through a wall, like with a rifle, and the best thing is the unique sound working the pump makes.
