market does not really matter You bought C class  which some of them were probably really Ds its the tenant base most all the time..I have a very good client that does a lot in Cleveland but wont touch anything that is not B so they get the next level up on tenant..

So we often have to remediate this and touch paint.

For the minor stain, I would probably get in touch with the cleaner to confirm whether it was there before and/or to correct the issue but again your property manager should probably be doing that. 

As of yesterday, we decided to 'keep in touch'. 

We have some credit card debt we are hyper focused on paying down , and 34K in my student loans (not touching currently due to SAVE plan with the zero percent interest).

ya I dont know for sure.. kind of lost touch when Peer st went under.. there is another one like peer st..
