Someone asking questions about a hypothetical house or some hypothetical situation 2,500 miles from anywhere I am licensed, I would argue there is no substance involved.Just my 2 cents and good luck with your investing and business!

Their "training" is nothing more than generalities cloaked with hope and enthusiasm and nothing of substance, or it's enough to generate some activity but not results.
