Buying the Finer things in Life with EQUITY converted into CASH plan

Seems like this should be in RE strategies but there are no categories that fit.

I have immense equity that due to DTI etc. is harder to access without killing (selling) the golden goose that is generating the income and net worth. I do plan to harvest equity as rents grow (6-7%) per each property and I think I can pull $100,000 per property every ten years. I have SS in a few years and figured that I could pull about $600,000 in exchange for the monthly benefit that I don't need.

Now I'm sure some would caution that after spending for (ladies) and (substances that enhance well being) that there is the possibility that I could waste some of the money quickly. But this is FREE money, I ain't gonna live forever so is there a better plan? I'm still getting the 8%+ appreciation and the 6-7% rent growth while spending down the $600,000.

WWYD?
