Just because it has a condemned sticker on the front door does not mean it needs torn down.

It's just a choice, basically, of what the lender wants you to have sticker shock over.

wow, this is a crazy argument. it's your rentals...do with it what works for you. if it doesn't work, then change it.i spend like $3 to make some cookies, a cheap xmas tray & a .05 small to/from xmas sticker on it. drop 'em off.
