Anyway to keep this post shorter I met with him and he gave me some great information and at the time I was actually transferring to central Wisconsin and he had a friend from the area, Derek Dombeck, so from there I got his contact info and when I transferred the following semester I got ahold of Derek and during that first phone call of talking with him he offered if I wanted to attend a REIA that he was hosting 2 hours away.

Here is a current breakdown( note the property manager who runs the house breaks the payments down like this)Actually rentedUnit 1 -  1 tenant x 1950 per semester - 2 semester = $3900Unit 2 - 2 tenants x 2,250 per semester - 2 semester = $9000Could easily be rented - this is the second floor of the building.

If you expand outside Charlottesville, the area around it is much more reasonable.If you come up this Spring, let me know and I can show you the school and-or the real estate.Also- you won't have time to do any major projects during your first semester at UVA ;)
