I found that the groups with the most engagement activity, not always with the most members, are the best to start scouting out.

Hi Zach,You can either cold call lists that you purchase or leads that are generated through D4D (if you can find a property scout/bird dog situation), hire someone to place signs for you.

I have been scouting the area for potential properties that could be deals or made into one.

Our agent is going to scout out this bungalow and another duplex in Watertown for us this week and give us more details. 

I'm just getting back out of the woods where I spent some time with my son and his Boy Scout Troop for Winter Camp.
