We don't use the platform but from what I've heard, it's a great option!  

Your second point of most of the price appreciation is gone, I think is just off base. 

My accountant was charging $100 each which I thought was a little high they are very simple if you have an easy platform .

First off I always question statistics when there is no possible way to gather the data for the referenced statistic.  

We lease a platform for online access and efficiency with both a lender and investor portal.

Airdna is a good resource and tool, but I wouldn't rely solely on that platform for data.

I think BiggerPockets is an amazing platform for networking and learning from other investors.

Non stop action taking and never giving up plus always making sure we give our absolute best to clients and always reply never making anyone wait and go to a competitor :)  I have Ads, I have a lot of social media posts and updates on all social media platforms daily.
