I’m happy to be in a forum with fellow investors and people wanting to master real estate.  I enjoy hearing about peoples’ personal wins and innovative, creative strategies.  I hope to be able to contribute to other peoples’ journeys as well in these crazy times.

I invested in my backyard first. Stockton,CA had the most foreclosures in the US, after the housing crash. On top of that there was an $8,000 tax credit, as an incentive since people weren’t buying.  So I bought one for 135,000 and sold years later for 447,000.  I sold that home about 2 years ago to buy my first Airbnb in Tampa, FL which thankfully is going well.
