@Marc Rice he did my FHA as well this year, we locked in a rate of 2.375% with 30yr amortization.

Food, frozen dinners, vegetables, beer, half bottle of wine, spices, rice, etc......We leave things that are potentially useful, like food that gas not been opened, or is unused and fresh.

I believe I paid a slight premium for townhouse as I saw prices in rice military/cottage grove go as low as ~$145/sq ft where I paid in the mid 160s range.

We tore down a building, terraced the property, did a full remodel, buried all the trash and debris that was left behind, and still have work to do.

You probably need to follow Ramsey's advice - put your dog on eBay and your cat on Craigslist, eat rice and beans then switch it up to beans and rice, don't be caught in a restaurant unless you are working there.
