It’s been extremely difficult getting information about this from the city and I keep getting redirected to different city departments.

XXX dollars to charity, XXXX dollars to taxes, the logical decision is to redirect the money to your taxes and you end up farther ahead.You will come out much farther ahead by paying taxes than exhausting your charitable contributions. 

Many sites will say free an then they redirect you to a pay site.

I guess my question is: do you feel that $10K in reserve per property is “enough,” where you fund to that level and then re-direct future funds elsewhere (and if you dip into them for property needs, you then replenish to $10K)?  

Maybe a french drain system would be appropriate to redirect the water.

I was leaning toward apartment buildings but I’m starting to redirect my interest into mobile home parks .
