To recession proof:you could rent at least some of your units to old people who get social security.if your places are nice enough to pass the inspections, you could go section 8 and get paid by government. rent to married couples ...then there is some money even if one person loses a job.Accept SSDI recipients.

You can set it up to track your leads as they get through your business processes and report on the progress etc.It integrates with online campaign managers like Mailchimp for online campaigns and you can see from within the contact page if the email was opened by the recipient etc.

If the goal is try to characterize a payment for past services rendered as an "equity investment" that will result in "non-taxable" income to the recipient and a future "tax loss" to the "investor" when the investment ultimately "fails," trust that the IRS has seen through that kind of dodge before and will see through that kind of dodge time and time again.
