Why are there any discussions or forums praising or highlighting the "good" lenders for both private money & hard money?

Parma was a big area I was focused on because of all the praise it gets.

If you are close you can drive by to watch over the property, you can stop and get to know the neighbors and hear any complaint or praise, ** and you can check up on any work that was done or that CLAIMED to be done**. 

Giving you praise and then I learn from one of my valued contractors, that he was going to purchase one more house on the block, that he asked our advice on, and market-rate, just like the others.

I've heard of much praise about that BRRRR book.

I was referred by another member on here who has used it for close to a year and had high praise for it.

While some praise them for the low down payments and long-term fixed rates, I'm not a huge fan because right now the Gub'mint has instituted blanket eviction moratoriums on most (all?)
