Hey Columbus Investors,After months of educating ourselves, reading books, listening to podcasts and researching we finally took the plunge into real estate investing!

I was planning on waiting but everything I'm reading on here is telling us to take the plunge!

If the market does plung into recession, I’m confident that the properties I own in the markets I do will perform better than most and therefore I’ll have staying power.All loans involve risk, so I select debt products and terms that I feel minimize my risk and are commensurate with the return i think I’ll be able to generate.  

I currently work on the investment/finance side of things for a multifamily developer out of Los Angeles and feel I am ready to take the plunge begin to build my personal portfolio.

I looked into investing in Maryland and found the property taxes and transfer taxes too onerous to even consider taking the plunge.

With The WallStreet Market Being In Such A Plunge.

Often times it is the first property that people get stuck on and never take the plunge.

I'm taking the plunge.

For us it seems daunting and feels like we need to take the plunge and surf the waters.
