Hello All,

I am a new member to the biggerpockets community and personal real estate investing. I currently work on the investment/finance side of things for a multifamily developer out of Los Angeles and feel I am ready to take the plunge begin to build my personal portfolio.

My goals are to start in the greater Orlando area, preferably a duplex or triplex .
