That is the best place to get a true picture of disputes, current licensing and insurance, longevity and whether or not they keep changing licenses (multiple licences for the same person over the course of a few years can indicate less than desirable business practices).

A licence hanging in some brokers office doesnt define who you are and how knowledgable you are.

So it appears this LLC is licenced to Missouri only.

My question to you is if I need some sort of real estate or investment company licence to do this?

In addition to licencing and liability/insurance issues the additional damage will be a major problem.
