I would research as much as I can on those markets and join your local investment Facebook groups as well because there are local investors who can share more experiences as well.

I never paid attention to the celebrities they work with.After eight years of buying new builds with SDIRA Wealth, I recommend joining their waiting list if you’re looking for new construction build-to-rent properties.

They go to big multifamily conferences and recruit people that are aspiring real estate syndicators to join them. 

Try and join a few local Facebook pages and connect with locals who are in the house hacking business. 

I joined a few female-centric entrepreneur groups and investor groups, this really helped motivate me to ask more questions and gain both local and online support.
