@Andrew McGuire You have gotten some good feed back from experienced investors.

But this is how many people choose to feed themselves and their family- as a cultural tradition.

Contractors cannot feed me a line of bull about what something is going to cost and how long it should take, because I have done the work myself for years.

RE agents are feeding into this by offering introductions to "trusted" contractors or misrepresenting how "easy" it is to find a contractor and handle the renovations as a DIY GC.We've always had a hybrid model where we help investors purchase a property in a solid area that needs rehab.

Bottom feed, I will take my 20% net caps all day. 

Some people just want their questions answered & since what we leverage is built on any knowledge base we feed it, as well as every inbound conversation, its adaptive, besides it already sounding like a human rather than a robo-dialer.

. $25 barely feeds a family of four a cheap meal.

I would caution you to be careful about any feed back from a bunch of strangers on the internet.
