When I called him (he did have an area code which fit where he claimed to be from), he had a pretty thick African accent (now, I know there are a lot of different countries in Africa, but due to my ignorance, I can't intelligently suggest where specifically he may from).

I believe I’ve got the hustle, intelligence, and time to make up the difference.  

This area won't be unlike Channelview, Deer Park or Baytown or Pasadena.Not all that fluent in the whole B/C/D class discussion, so I cannot really offer anything intelligent for you there.

It is really that simple and the rest is using intelligent strategies applicable to tax optimization and reducinug your taxable income through deductions that you get as a real estate business owner. 

The intelligent investor will be in both real estate and the market.  

Artificial Intelligence is a replicated system residing in free thought that results in free will.

I have been doing real estate for over 20 years but have only been doing it intelligently for about 5 years hehe. 

We also of course have a large multiple insurance settlement that I want to invest intelligently which I'm thinking will make all of my goals possible.
